FAQ
What can I expect during your Sunday service?
You will be greeted at the door, offered to help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea and at 10:30am people start to sit down in the sanctuary. The children aged 3 to grade 5 join us for worship, then are dismissed for kids church during announcements. Then there is some teaching from the bible and how it affects our lives. After the service, people visit and drink some more coffee or tea.
What will happen the first time I visit?
You will be greeted, people will talk to you and welcome you, but we do not try to embarrass or point out visitors.
What should I wear?
At South, there is no dress code. Wear what you feel comfortable in. We value authenticity and would rather you be yourself.
What would be your culture or flavour?
South is a pretty casual church that values people being themselves. There is lots of energy with the amount of children at the church, and we want everyone from the youngest to the oldest to feel at home at South.
